1. Payment terms are exclusive to purchases made through the Berzen PDR Solutions website;

2. Payments via Boleto Bancário are automatically confirmed by banks within 5 business days. Therefore, the delivery time should be increased by the time required for confirmation of receipt of the amount;

When entering sensitive information, ensure your connection is secure:

1. Update your antivirus program frequently to keep your device protected;

2. Berzen PDR Solutions does not request any banking information or passwords from its customers. If you are asked for any such information, do not provide your details, as your device may be infected with a virus.

HOW DO THE PURCHASE CANCELLATION RULES WORK?

Customers who purchase through the website have up to seven days from the date of receipt to inform Berzen PDR Solutions of their cancellation and request a refund by emailing vendas@berzen.com.br or by calling Customer Service at (41) 98882-9904, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In addition to presenting the purchase receipt, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

For refunds, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the product price will be refunded, according to the payment method used, within 15 business days of the product's return.

Products that have received any type of customization cannot be returned.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Berzen PDR Solutions ships via Brazilian Postal Service throughout Brazil and worldwide via FedEx. Please check the shipping cost at the time of purchase.
